Pineapple Juice Cake Recipe

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions for Pineapple Juice Cake
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan with flour to prevent sticking. - Prepare the Cake Batter:
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, and eggs. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture for about 2 minutes until well blended and smooth. - Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cake begins to pull away from the sides and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Cool the Cake:
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes while you prepare the glaze. - Make the Glaze:
In a saucepan, combine powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and butter. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the butter melts and the glaze is smooth. - Glaze the Cake:
Using a skewer or toothpick, poke holes all over the cake. Pour the warm glaze over the cake while it’s still in the pan. Don’t worry if it seems like a lot of glaze—keep pouring! - Let it Set:
Allow the cake to cool for another 15–20 minutes, or until most of the glaze has been absorbed. Then, carefully invert the cake onto a serving plate. - Serve and Enjoy!
Slice and serve your Pineapple Juice Cake as a delightful dessert for any occasion.
