500g dark or milk chocolate, chopped

200g sweetened condensed milk

100g unsalted peanuts or mixed nuts
100g digestive biscuits or graham crackers, roughly chopped

50g shredded coconut (optional)

100g dried fruit (raisins, cranberries or cherries)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Chop the ingredients:

Roughly chop the nuts and biscuits/graham crackers. If using larger marshmallows, chop them into smaller pieces.

Step 2: Melt Chocolate
Melt Chocolate and Butter:

In a heatproof bowl, combine chopped chocolate and butter. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water (double boiler method) and stir until melted and smooth.

Add Condensed Milk:

Once chocolate and butter mixture is melted, add sweetened condensed milk and stir until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Mix Ingredients
Mix Base and Add-ins:
Remove bowl from heat. Add mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, cookies, shredded coconut, and dried fruit to melted chocolate mixture.

Stir until all ingredients are coated in chocolate mixture.

Step 4: Shape and Cool
Transfer to a Tray:
