Roasted potato

Ingredients:

– 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
– 3-4 cloves garlic, peeled and slightly crushed (optional)
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish

PREPARATION:

Preheat the Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
Prepare the Potatoes:
– In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they are evenly coated.
